Villa Noelia is a full private home for rent on Saboga Island—steps from the beach, surrounded by lush jungle, and perfect for disconnecting from the world. With space for up to 10 guests, it’s ideal for families, small retreats, or a peaceful group getaway.

The villa features 4 independent suites, each with its own entrance, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and private terrace with jungle or ocean views:

• Master Suite: King bed, scenic terrace

• Luxury Suite: King bed, wide balcony with island view

• Family Suite: Queen bed + twin bunk beds (sleeps up to 4)

• Suite Noelia: King bed, private terrace surrounded by greenery

Outdoor spaces

• Private pool nestled in the jungle

• Hammock and lounge areas

• Outdoor dining and open-air gathering spots

• Just a 15-minute walk from Saboga Lodge, where guests can join yoga or meditation sessions by the sea

Private meal service

Our in-house cook will prepare à la carte meals upon request.
Note: the kitchen is not open for guest use. This service is optional and has an additional cost.

As a guest of Villa Noelia, you have access to activities offered by Saboga Lodge:

• Kayaking, paddleboarding & beach bonfires

• Custom tours: snorkeling, whale watching (seasonal), island hopping

Nature & surroundings

Saboga is part of the Saboga National Wildlife Refuge, a protected area rich in biodiversity—home to four sea turtle species (hawksbill, green, leatherback, olive ridley), humpback whales, hammerhead sharks, and a rare subspecies of boa constrictor.

Nearby beaches like Playa El Coral and Playa El Encanto are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or sunbathing in peace.

Getting here

To reach Villa Noelia, take the daily ferry from Panama City (Marina Flamenco), which takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Once in Saboga, we’ll help you coordinate the short final transfer to the villa by boat.

Alternatively, fly or take a helicopter to Contadora Island, followed by a boat connection to Saboga.

House Rules

• Entire villa rental only

• No guests under 12 years old

• Guest use of the kitchen is not allowed

• No parties or events (unless booked under the "Property Take Over" plan)

• Meals and activities must be paid before check-out via card, bank transfer, or Yappy (no cash)

The villa will be partially under renovation until November. During this period, the property is only available as a full-home rental, to ensure comfort and privacy.
